These terms cover your use of this store and anything you buy from it. Placing an order means you accept them.
1. Who you are dealing with
This store belongs to JNE Group Oy (Business ID 3565024-9, VAT FI35650249), a limited company registered in Finland, trading as SpecialOps6. Reach us at admin@off8gear.com. Our registered office and full trader details are on the Legal Notice page.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy, and a contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We can decline an order, for instance if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or barred from shipping to your country. Declining means a full refund.
3. Prices and payment
Prices appear in the currency you select at checkout and include tax where it applies. Payment leaves your account at checkout. Your card details never reach us: Shopify Payments and the card networks handle them.
4. Customs charges
Our parcels dispatch from Asia. The price you pay us excludes any import duty or customs charge raised when the parcel enters your country, and the recipient carries that cost. Since the United States and the European Union scrapped their low-value exemptions, such a charge is now routine. The Shipping page sets out what to expect. Refuse a parcel over a customs bill and tell us, and we refund the order and the shipping you paid once it comes back.
5. Products
We manufacture nothing we sell. Products come from established manufacturers, get photographed from the listing that ships to you, and get described without invented specifications. The How we source page explains the checks. Colours shift between screens, and manufacturer measurements can differ by a few millimetres.
Our designs are generic or historical motifs. We reproduce no official military insignia, unit crest, service mark, or decoration.
Nothing sold here is protective equipment, a medical device, or certified for operational use. A blood type patch is an identification aid rather than a medical record. Torches, tools, and watches are consumer goods rather than life-safety equipment.

7. Age
You need to be 18 or over, or to have a parent or guardian's consent, to order from this store.
8. Liability
We answer for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care. We do not answer for unforeseeable loss or for loss arising from misuse of a product. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law refuses to let us limit. Your statutory rights as a consumer stay intact.
9. Intellectual property
The text, layout, and photography on this site belong to JNE Group Oy. Reproducing them commercially needs our permission.
10. Changes
We can update these terms. The version that binds your order is the one published when you placed it.
11. Law and disputes
Finnish law governs these terms. Consumers resident elsewhere in the EU keep the protection of their own country's mandatory consumer law. Talk to us first, because most things settle in one email. After that, Finnish consumers can approach the Consumer Advisory Service (kkv.fi) and the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). Consumers elsewhere in the EU, Norway, or Iceland get free cross-border help from their national European Consumer Centre (eccnet.eu). The European Commission closed its ODR platform on 20 July 2025.
