What to put in the message

For anything to do with an order, send the order number from your confirmation email. For a damaged or wrong item, add a photograph. That is usually enough for us to refund or replace without asking you anything else.

Asking before you buy is welcome. A measurement the page does not list, whether a patch will sit on a particular panel, whether a coin fits a capsule: ask and we will find out rather than guess. Answering an email costs us less than processing a return.

Returns

Do not post anything back before you email us. Nothing is stocked at our registered office, and most items are better sent somewhere else or not sent at all. One email saves you the postage.
