Shipping policy

We hold no warehouse. Items ship directly from the factory that makes them, which is why they cost what they cost and why they take longer than a domestic parcel.

Where we ship

Fifteen countries. North America: United States, Canada. Europe: United Kingdom, Finland, Norway, Switzerland. Asia and the Pacific: Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand. Middle East: Israel, United Arab Emirates. If your country is not on that list we cannot reach you yet, and checkout will say so before you enter any payment details.

Processing

Orders are passed to the supplier within one working day. You get a confirmation email at that point.

Delivery times

Typical door-to-door times once dispatched: United States and Canada 10 to 20 working days. United Kingdom, Finland, Norway and Switzerland 10 to 20 working days. Australia and New Zealand 12 to 25 working days. Everywhere else on the list 15 to 30 working days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, weather and peak periods move them. If a parcel has not arrived within 60 days of dispatch, see our Return and refund policy. You get a refund or a resend, your choice.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email once the parcel leaves the supplier. International tracking can sit silent for several days while a parcel moves between carriers. That is normal.

Split deliveries

If you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels on different days, at no extra cost to you. Each parcel gets its own tracking number.

Shipping cost

Tracked shipping is free to every country we ship to. There is no minimum order, and a basket of ten pieces costs the same to ship as one.

Customs charges on arrival

Any tax we collect is shown at checkout before you pay. Separately from that, your own customs authority may charge duty, import VAT and a carrier handling fee when the parcel lands. Those charges are set by your government, not by us, and the recipient pays them.

United States: since 29 August 2025 there is no de minimis exemption. Every imported parcel is dutiable, whatever it cost. The rate depends on the country of origin and the goods, and for goods made in China it has been running around 35 per cent of the declared value. Your carrier will also add a clearance fee.

Finland: since 1 July 2026 the 150 euro duty exemption is gone. Low-value parcels from outside the EU carry a flat duty per goods category as well as import VAT, collected by the carrier on delivery.

United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and elsewhere: thresholds vary. Check your own customs authority before ordering if the amount matters to you.

If an import charge catches you out and you would rather not pay it, refuse the parcel and tell us. We refund the order once it reaches the supplier.

Addresses

We can change a delivery address only before the supplier dispatches, usually a window of about 24 hours. Email us immediately if you got it wrong. A parcel returned to sender because of a wrong address can be resent at your cost.

Battery-powered items

Our suppliers cannot ship lithium cells internationally. Where a product needs one, the listing says so and the cell is not included.
