Finland: €4.95, and free once your order passes €59
Everywhere else we ship: €5.95, and free once your order passes €69

One charge per order, whatever is in the basket.

How long it takes

Your order is dispatched within one working day and you get a confirmation email at that point. Counting from dispatch:

United States and Canada: 10 to 20 working days
Europe: 10 to 20 working days
Australia and New Zealand: 12 to 25 working days
Everywhere else: 15 to 30 working days

Customs queues and peak season stretch those numbers. If nothing has arrived 60 days after dispatch, email us and choose a refund or a resend.

Tracking

A tracking number reaches you by email once the parcel ships. International tracking often goes quiet for several days while a parcel changes carriers, and that gap is normal.

More than one parcel

Order several items and they may travel separately and land on different days, at no extra cost to you. Each parcel carries its own tracking number.

Import duties and customs

The United States and the European Union both ended their low-value duty exemptions, so an import charge on arrival is common now. It is set by your own government and collected by the carrier, and it is separate from what you pay us.

United States. The $800 exemption ended on 29 August 2025 and incoming parcels became dutiable. The rate depends on origin and goods type, and a formal entry can add a brokerage fee.

European Union. Since 1 July 2026 a flat €3 duty applies per product category on parcels worth under €150, and import VAT can follow.

Everywhere else. Your own government sets the rate and the recipient pays it.

If a bill turns up and you would sooner walk away, refuse the parcel and email us. Once it comes back you get the order and the shipping returned, with nothing charged for restocking.

Wrong address

We can change a delivery address inside the first 24 hours, before dispatch. Email us the moment you spot the mistake. A parcel returned for a bad address can go out again at your cost.
