These terms govern your use of this store and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you accept them. Last updated 5 August 2026.
Who you are dealing with

Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or cannot lawfully be shipped to your country. If we decline, we refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include tax where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout. We do not store your card details; payment is handled by Shopify Payments and the card networks.
Customs charges
The price you pay us does not include import duty, import VAT or carrier handling fees charged by your own customs authority when the parcel arrives. Those are set by your government and paid by the recipient. Current thresholds and rates are on our Shipping policy.
Products
Product photographs come from our suppliers' own listings. Measurements are the ones the manufacturer publishes. Colours vary between screens and manufacturer measurements may differ by a few millimetres.
The designs sold here are generic motifs or the supplier's own artwork. We do not reproduce official military insignia, unit crests, service marks or decorations.
Nothing sold here is protective equipment, a medical device, or certified for operational use. A blood type patch is an identification aid, not a medical record. Torches, tools and watches are consumer goods, not life-safety equipment.
Delivery and returns

Age
You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to order from this store.
Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, or for loss arising from misuse of a product. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Intellectual property
The text, layout and original designs on this site belong to JNE Group Oy. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at the time you place your order.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Finnish law. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country. Disputes may be taken to the Finnish courts or to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
