What does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Finland is €4.95 and free once your order passes €59. Everywhere else is €5.95 and free past €69, one charge per order however much is in the basket. Everything ships tracked.

Reckon on 10 to 20 working days from dispatch to Europe and North America, 12 to 25 to Australia and New Zealand, 15 to 30 elsewhere. Full detail sits on the Shipping page.

Will customs charge me?

It depends where you are. The United States and the European Union both ended their low-value duty exemptions, so an import charge on arrival is common now.

In the US the $800 exemption ended on 29 August 2025. In the EU a flat €3 duty per product category applies to parcels under €150 since 1 July 2026, and import VAT can follow. Your own government sets those rates and the carrier collects them.

If a bill reaches you and you would sooner not pay it, refuse the parcel and email us. You get the order and the shipping back once it returns.

How do I know it will fit?

Every product page carries the measurements. Coins run 4.4 cm across unless the page says otherwise, and our 45 mm capsules take them with room to spare. Gloves size by wrist circumference, not hand length, so measure before you choose. If a figure you need is missing, email us and we will find it.

Will the patches stay on?

Every patch here is hook-backed and works on any standard loop panel: a cap, a plate carrier, a sleeve, or one of our display boards. Nothing needs sewing, and nothing is permanent, so a patch moves as often as you want it to.

Is any of this official military kit?

No. Our designs are generic or historical. We reproduce no official insignia, unit crest, service mark, or decoration, and nothing here is certified as protective or life-safety equipment.

How does tracking work?

Two emails reach you: a confirmation when you order, then a tracking link once it ships. International tracking often goes quiet for several days while a parcel changes carriers, and that gap is normal.

What if I change my mind?

You get 14 days from delivery, no reason needed. Email your order number and you have another 14 days to send it back. We refund the purchase price and the standard delivery you paid.

Return postage on a change of mind is yours, but talk to us first: in most cases we refund you and let you keep the item. Anything damaged, wrong, or missing gets a full refund or a replacement with nothing to pay. Terms on the Returns page.
