SpecialOps6 began as a YouTube channel and still is one. About 19,000 people follow it there and nearly 40,000 on Instagram, and a few new pieces go up most days: an operation, a unit, or one person's story.
Many of those stories are about people who did not come home. Darrik Benson. Mark Carter. Gary Gordon and Randy Shughart. John Chapman. Names that mean everything to the people who served with them and nothing to anyone else, which is the whole reason for telling them.
